Getting started

Your first visit, made easy

I’m new to Pilates. Which session should I book?

Start with Reformer Foundations or a private session. Both give you time to learn the equipment and move with confidence before joining a mixed-level class.

What should I wear?

Comfortable, close-fitting clothing that lets you move freely. We ask everyone to wear grip socks on the reformer, which are available to buy at reception.

Do I need to bring anything?

Just yourself and a water bottle. Towels, mats and all equipment are provided.

How early should I arrive?

Please arrive ten minutes before your first class so we can show you around and set up your reformer.

Classes and booking

Booking, memberships and policies

How do I book a class?

You can book online through our website or app. Classes open for booking two weeks in advance.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please cancel at least 12 hours before your class to receive a credit. Late cancellations and no-shows will lose the session.

Do you offer memberships?

Yes. We offer monthly memberships of four, eight or unlimited classes, as well as class packs that are valid for three months.

Can I practise Pilates while pregnant?

Pilates can be wonderful during pregnancy. Please speak to us first so we can recommend suitable classes or a private session, and check with your GP or midwife.

Do you offer gift vouchers?

Gift vouchers are available for any amount and can be used against classes, packs or private sessions. They are valid for twelve months.
