Our reformer room houses eight Balanced Body Allegro 2 reformers, with a separate studio for mat classes and private sessions.
Showers, lockers, fresh towels and filtered water are all included in every booking. Free parking is available behind the building.

We will show you around, introduce you to your instructor and answer any questions.
Your instructor will adjust the reformer to fit you and explain the springs and straps.
Move at your own pace with options for every exercise, then relax with a cup of tea afterwards.
